 When you purchase an item from Children's Art by Beckie Ann, you will receive truly something unique! My gallery wrapped canvas reproductions are created from my original art, they are printed on archival canvas with archival ink and hand-stretched over a wooden frame. I also offer framed prints; they are also printed on archival canvas with archival ink and come ready to hang in a custom hand-painted frame. All my coordinating accessories/signs/picture frames are hand-painted. They are made to order, so you can be sure they will be a perfect match for your child's room decor.
 I take great measures to create wonderful art pieces and provide excellent customer service. I want your shopping experience with me to be the very best!
However, should there come a time that you are not satisfied, I will work with you to remedy the situatuion. I do require that you contact me within 7 days, after the art is received to discuss your concern; thus allowing me to discuss your options. I will work with each person on an individual basis. If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, I will issue a PURCHASE price refund. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. Shipping insurance MUST be purchased on all returned items. I will issue the credit, in the same form of payment received; once the item is returned in it's original condition.
All items damaged through shipping are not covered by my return policy, but will be replaced under insurance replacement. As all shipped items are insured. (see terms of service).

I feel it is important as a business person to make sure all of my customers are not only pleased with their purchase, but also happy doing business with me. I prefer paypal, but accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. All items will be shipped within 2 weeks after payments clear.  All pieces will be shipped within 2 weeks from the receipt of payment. If you need the item sooner, please notify me and I will try to accommodate all special requests. I use appropriate shipping materials to protect the items during shipping. However, it is possible that packages will be mishandled during shipment. If something is damaged during shipping I am not responsible. I do require insurance for my protection and yours. If your item is lost or damaged I will work with you regarding the claim and the replacement piece. Effective 7/1/07 Domestic/ US shipping is free on all purchases over $50.00. International shipping is $27.50 for the first item and an additional $15.00 for each additional item.  I respect your privacy. Your personal information provided on all orders & newletters will remain confidential.
